Check out the new album page for Divine Hair. In April of 1971, as Hair was celebrating the show’s third anniversary on Broadway, the Bishop of New York invited the cast to participate in a celebration of the Holy Eucharist with a Mass performed in the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. The Mass included selections from the Broadway musical as well as a new work by its composer Galt MacDermot titled Mass in F. Divine Hair will be available as a manufacture-on-demand CD and digital download September 20.
