Dames at Sea Sets Sail For First Broadway Production!

Dames at Sea, the “New 30s Musical,” as it gleefully billed itself, was a smart parody of the 1930s films starring Ruby Keeler and Dick Powell, which became a big hit off-Broadway when it opened on December 20, 1968 at the Bouwerie Lane Theatre. The rare Dames at Sea original London cast album was recently surfaced from the #MWBVault here. Now, we are thrilled to hear that the show returns for the first Broadway production! Previews start September 24, 2015 and the show is live everywhere on October 9th.
